We are a Local Academy Governing body looking for an enthusiastic, inquisitive person with good inter-personal skills to help us shape the strategic direction of our school.  We look for a range of different professions, skills and experience and share a common interest in wanting the best possible education for the children in our school.

We are a thriving, friendly school and nursery with around 270 children ranging from the ages of 2 -11 that promotes ambition for all our children to be the best that they can be and have an excellent start in their educational journey.

The governing body meets twice each term, within the working day, and governors are encouraged to make termly visits, plus any other events you may wish to attend.  Full training opportunities are available and encouraged.

If you’re tempted and would like to know more about how valued you could be, please register your interest and  Mrs Amanda Merritt, Headteacher will contact you.
