Telephone / Admin Volunteer
As part of this role you will be: The first point of contact for our customers. Helping our customers with their enquiries Arranging collections and deliveries of donations. Completing online bookings. Promoting the benefits of the Gift Aid scheme.
Preferred skills and attributes, (Full training will be given for all roles). Dealing with members of the public with confidence. Being organised and able to follow administration procedures accurately. Good communication and customer service.
