Jack Petchey Award Coordinator (HVC -943)

Over 200 adult volunteers currently support Scouting in Hornchurch, but there is so much more we could
do and therefore we have some additional roles that we could do with some help with.
We support local Scouting in 17 distinct Scout Groups across Ardleigh Green, Corbets Tey, Cranham, Elm
Park, Emerson Park, Hornchurch, Rainham, & Upminster with over 1,600 members.
After the recent pandemic we have bounced back with amazing resilience, but we also have ambitions to do even more. Future generations of young people and adults need our help and support to give them skills for life and with your help we can do just that!

Task for this role include:

. Promote the Jack Petchey Achievements Awards scheme in the District, working with the County Jack Petchey Coordinator
. Review and submit the circa 20 award nominations per year and submit to the County Jack Petchey Coordinator
. Ensure that acknowledgement forms are completed and returned to County Jack Petchey Coordinator
