In the group Families are empowered to support their child’s development through play experiences that are planned using EYFS. We aim To provide an inclusive service enabling families to socialise and have fun together in a safe environment. This group is held weekly on Tuesday mornings.
In this volunteer role you will support Barnardo's Staff in the running of sessions with service users and their children (aged 0-5 years). You will be expected to help support staff to set up and put away play equipment/activities for the session, welcome and interact with families and their children, provide a listening ear and signpost to other suitable groups and help make the session a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone.
