Independent Visitor/Mentor

Do you have 2-6 hours a month to spare? Do you want to make a difference to a child's life?

A Mentor is needed in the Chelmsford area for a child in care.  We require an Independent Visitor/Mentor to befriend a child in care, offer support and a listening ear, be a positive influence in a young person’s life and help build self-esteem and confidence.  You will also have fun, take them on outings, maybe share a hobby, sport or interest.

We provide ongoing training and ongoing support and pay expenses to a set limit.

Caring, friendly, reliable and non-judgemental.
