You will help provide an effective and efficient service to members of the public. You will interview clients both over the phone and face to face. After exploring the clients issue you will find, interpret and communicate the relevant advice and information in order that the client can come to a decision. Where necessary you will act on behalf of the client, negotiating, drafting letters or making appropriate referrals. You will be supported at all times by our experienced staff.
