We need a recruitment volunteer to help match potential volunteers with the right volunteer roles:
Duties would involve:
- Deal with enquiries from potential volunteers and provide information and advice to help them to find the right volunteer role.
- Register potential volunteers on the Volunteer Essex Website where necessary.
- Refer suitable volunteers to recruiting organisations
- Follow up referrals with volunteers and recruiting organisations
- Record progress and outcomes of referrals on designated systems.

- Good communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Previous office / administrative / customer services / recruitment experience would be desirable but is not essential
